and detachment, is always satisfied with Himself, without being affected by sinful qualities. The enamored living being desires to be kept in a certain state of existence. Thus begins the chain of his actions and the results of his actions. The living being, being of superior nature, does not create a special situation for any living being. But he is inferior. God is omnipotent, but not a living being. God has the ability to desire as he wishes. Such a fortress means that He is omniscient, but the living being is finite, and the cause, the living soul, can be fulfilled only by the Almighty God. Therefore, when the living being is enamored with his desires, God allows him to fulfill those desires. But he is never responsible for the karmas and fruits of a desired situation, and therefore, being in a state of enchantment, the body-bearer becomes dependent on the present God and is subject to temporary happiness and sorrow. God, as the Supreme Soul, is eternally associated with the living entity. Therefore, just as a person can smell the fragrance of a flower by being close to it, he can understand the desires of the living entity. Desire is the subtle form of attachment of the living entity, and God fulfills his desire according to the merit of the living entity. Man desires. God fulfills it. Therefore, the individual is not omnipotent in fulfilling his desires. However, God can fulfill all desires. Since He is neutral to everyone, He does not interfere with the desires of the subtle independent living entities. But when someone desires Krishna, the Supreme Lord takes special care and encourages him to desire Him in such a way that he can attain Him and attain eternal happiness. That is why the Vedic mantras say: “Esha u hyeva sadhu karma karayati tam yamebhyo lokebhya unninishate Esha u eva sadhu karma karayati yamadho ninishate – The Supreme Lord engages him in wholesome activities in such a way that he is saved. The Supreme Lord places him in impure activities in such a way that he goes to hell” (Kausitaki Upanishad 3.8). Although he is full of knowledge, yet due to his limited power he cannot
